Data protection & compliance
We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and - for visitors and clients in those jurisdictions - the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Hexovance Transformation Pvt Ltd (“HEXOVANCE”) is committed to handling personal data lawfully, transparently, and in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”).
Our role
For personal data you provide through this website, HEXOVANCE acts as a Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act. We determine the purpose and means of processing, and we are accountable for it.
Lawful basis and consent
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit an enquiry, or for the legitimate purpose of responding to a request you have initiated. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@hexovance.com; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
Data principal rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access a summary of your personal data and its processing, to correction and erasure, to grievance redressal, and to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity. To exercise any of these, contact our grievance officer below.
Children’s data
This website and its services are intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children as defined under the DPDP Act, and we do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children.
Security and retention
We apply reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data against loss and unauthorised access, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, after which it is erased.
Breach notification
In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected data principals as required under the DPDP Act.
