Where Elevation Meets Evolution
HEXOVANCE exists because the gap between a good decision and a delivered outcome is an engineering problem, not a motivational one. That gap has structure. It can be measured, modelled, and closed.
We work with India’s mid‑market - companies of roughly ₹100 to ₹5,000 crore revenue, and their operations worldwide. Large enough to have real operating complexity; small enough that a change to decision rights reaches the floor within a quarter. Many are promoter-led firms making the transition to professional management, and we consider that transition the most consequential - and worst-served - problem in Indian business.
Every engagement is designed to end. If we are still required after the Sustain phase, we have failed at the only thing that matters.

Over a decade leading enterprise operations, governance, continuous improvement, and transformation initiatives supporting global technology programmes.
I spent more than ten years inside enterprise operations - across programme and project management, operational excellence, quality management, digital transformation, and sales & service - supporting global organisations and enterprise clients. The same pattern repeated everywhere: the strategy was rarely the problem; the operating system beneath it was. I led enterprise operational governance and performance management programmes for global clients - the cadences, escalations, and executive reporting through which large operations actually get steered. That work taught me what survives contact with the shop floor and what dies in a slide deck. I started HEXOVANCE to work on that gap directly: rebuild how a company decides, measures, and sustains - with Lean Six Sigma discipline, governance frameworks that actually govern, and instrumentation that makes improvement hold - and then hand the system back so it runs without me. Alongside the consulting practice, I am building Garuda - an Enterprise Intelligence Operating System that integrates AI, enterprise analytics, decision intelligence, governance, and simulation, so organisations can analyse, decide, and govern with the same rigour at machine speed.
